Texpad iOS v1.3.1 will be out shortly (currently in the review queue with Apple). A list of features and improvements includes,

Local BibTeX support
A new PDF viewer, with thumbnails for PDF pages
Two finger swipe works up/down
New editor fonts
Supports for more latex fonts (all amsfonts are in now)
Speed improvements during the typeset
Minor dropbox bugs removed (PDF upload fixed for local typesetting)
Typesetter support for different paper sizes
